1. Captain Victory is newly assigned as the Excecutive Officer of the 21st Precinct. She is assigned her first tour as Duty Captain, PBMN. 2. Captain Henderson has been named the new Commanding Officer of the Transit District 35. On his first day as Commanding officer , he encountered three situations which he handled.
