PSA#2 Captain Holmes has developed a program for young girls graduating from HS who are attending their proms. She is asking women who have gowns and dresses, shoes and purses to donate to these girls so they can have a great prom. These girls can’t afford to buy dresses so therefore they may miss their proms. Let’s see what OUR NOBLE WOMEN can do.
